教师对于心理健康知识的掌握,不仅关乎学校教学工作的正常开展,更关乎学生的身心健康发展。近日,学校特邀深圳市龙岗区心理教研员、中共党员、中学高级教师余粤老师莅临华美外国语学校,为全体教师开展《校园心理危机的预警及应对策略》心理讲座。

余老师表示,任何人遇到任何创伤性事件的第一种反应是常态反应,也是危机产生的萌芽阶段,会引发创伤心理、创伤生理、偏差行为。当孩子出现偏差行为时,他会故意去做不该做的事,故意不去做该做的事,例如违反纪律、发脾气、课上睡觉、顶撞老师、打闹等,这实际上是当事人处于危机产生的第二个阶段——焦虑阶段,非常需要他亲、近、爱的人给予帮助,作为老师和家长应该帮助学生从焦虑阶段迈向求助阶段。

为此,余老师对这一阶段进行了着重讲解,通过一系列方法与技术手段,告诫老师们要将危机的预防前置,避免进入更深一层的危机阶段。
