2021年3月19日,春风和煦,春光明媚,华美外国语学校三年级学生相约国家兰科中心,开展“神奇的生命·兰文化之旅”实地探究活动。华美学子在跨学科探究中,知兰天姿神韵,品兰幽美清香,喜兰空谷自芳,学兰超凡脱俗,如兰情致高雅。将种兰、育兰、写兰、绘兰、品兰融入到日常学习和生活中,课内课外有机融合,学习生活有机结合,构建人与自然和谐共处的和美教育。
On March 19, 2021. The spring breeze is warm and the sun shine brightly. The grade three students of Huamei Foreign Language School meet at the National Orchid Center to carry out the field exploration activity of “Magic Life and Orchid Culture”.In the interdisciplinary inquiry, Huamei students see the charm of orchid, taste the beauty and fragrance of orchid, like the blossom of orchid, learn from orchid and Elegant as the orchid. Planting orchid, cultivating orchid, writing orchid, painting orchid, and tasting orchid are integrated into daily study and life, organically integrated inside and outside of class, and organically combined study and life,so that we can construct the education in which human and nature coexist harmoniously.
本次IB课程跨学科项目探究活动,超学科主题:世界如何运转;单元主题:神奇的生命;项目主题:兰文化之旅。本次活动为我校“泛梧桐山课程”之一,计划历时一年,横跨一至八年级,整合教育资源,创建学习型社区。
IB course interdisciplinary project inquiry activity, interdisciplinary theme: how the world works; Unit theme: miraculous life; Project theme: A trip to orchid culture. This activity is one of the "Wutong Mountain Courses" in our school. It is last for one year, spanning grades one to eight, integrating educational resources and creating a learning community.
IB课程跨学科项目探究六个维度和步骤:寻找核心知识、形成本质问题并将其转化为驱动性问题、澄清项目的高阶认知策略、确认主要的学习实践、明确学习成果及公开方式、设计覆盖全程的评价。
There are six dimensions and steps to explore the interdisciplinary project of IB curriculum: finding the core knowledge, forming inherent problems and transforming them into driving problems, clarifying the high-level cognitive strategies of the project, confirming the major learning practices, clarifying the learning achievements, and open methods, and designing the evaluation covering the whole process.

经过“前期评价”“收集资料”两个探究环节,学生来到兰科中心实地探究,进行“分析资料”“深入探究”环节。学生分为“摄影绘画组”“乐舞演说组”“科学探究组”,小组分工合作,既要整体感知,又要照顾差异,各有侧重。孩子们要完成部分探究报告,有明确目标任务,又有驱动性问题,加上真实情境,孩子们沉浸在快乐中。
After two inquiry links of "Tuning in" and "Finding out", students come to Orchid Center to conduct on-the-spot inquiry and carry out "Sorting out" and "Going future".Students are divided into "photography and painting group", "music and dance group" , "speech group", and "scientific inquiry group". The division of labor and cooperation among the groups should not only be perceived as a whole, but also take care of differences, with different emphasis.Children have to complete some inquiry reports, which have clear objectives and tasks, but also have driving problems. In addition to the real situation, children are immersed in happiness.
在探究中,学生们综合各学科所学知识,用发现美的眼睛、吸收美的才能、感受美的灵感、诠释美的方法,将自己的所思、所想、所悟,以不同的形式展现出来。当下,就有学生用创作“美”的作品,来表达自己的“观后感”,让我们来一同欣赏吧!
正如“兰之谜——达尔文兰花”,也如兰花借助雨水传粉繁衍,演绎生命的神奇,生命的智慧。待“形成结论”“采取行动”阶段,让我们拭目以待孩子们的真实成果展示——“一单二秀三展”。
Just like "The Mystery of Orchids-Darwin Orchids", orchids are pollinated and multiplied, they deduce the magic and wisdom of life.After the stage of "drawing conclusions" and "taking actions", let's wait and see the children's real achievements-"one show, two shows and three exhibitions".
